Conclusion of contract / possibility of correction
The customer’s order constitutes an offer. A contract is only concluded after acceptance on our part.
An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked with * in the order form are filled in. If any information is missing or if we cannot fulfill the order for any other reason, the customer will receive an error message. Before the final submission of the order, the customer is given the opportunity to correct his order. Supporting detailed information is given to the customer directly in the course of the ordering process. As soon as the order process is completed, the customer will be notified by an info window “Your order is completed and has been successfully sent to us”. This does not constitute an acceptance of the customer’s offer on our part.
Acknowledgement of receipt
When the order has been received by us, the customer will be notified of the receipt of his order via the e-mail address he has provided. This notification does not constitute an acceptance of the customer’s offer on our part.
Contract storage
The purchase contract will be stored by us and can be retrieved by entering the order number at the address www.b-organic.shop in the customer portal.
Contract language
The contract language is German.
Delivery restrictions
The webshop is directed to all countries.
We only deliver to delivery addresses that allow the import of our cosmetic products.
Receipt of the order
The day of receipt of the order will be announced to the customer immediately in the confirmation of receipt.
Prices and shipping costs – delivery conditions
All prices are total prices in the EU area (EEA country). They include all taxes including VAT and duties as well as shipping costs, unless these are shown separately. In the case of a delivery to a non-EEA country, the consumer must bear all import and export charges, including any customs duties, fees and taxes.
Payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted:

The customer will receive the data on which PayPal account the payment has to be made after the order. The payment is processed by the payment service provider. Due date / prepayment
If no other method of payment has been agreed upon, the customer undertakes to pay the purchase price in full upon conclusion of the contract. The goods will be delivered only after receipt of the amount on our bank account or payment account.
Right of withdrawal / right of revocation
The term “right of withdrawal”, which is common in Austria, corresponds to the term “right of cancellation”, which is common in Germany and used in the Consumer Rights Directive. We therefore use the equivalent term “right of withdrawal (Rücktrittsrecht)”. Only the term “right of withdrawal” is used in the cancellation policy. This is equivalent to the Austrian term “Rücktrittsrecht. Details can be found in the cancellation policy.
Eliminated right of withdrawal (right of rescission)
For goods that are delivered and are not suitable for return after use or use for reasons of hygiene, the right of withdrawal (right of rescission) does not apply if the goods have been used or used after delivery.
Legal warranty
The provisions on the statutory warranty shall apply. The warranty period for the delivery of movable goods is two years from the date of acceptance of the goods.

Warranty
Beyond the legal warranty, we do not grant our own guarantees. The detailed conditions of any manufacturer warranties can be found, if necessary, with the respective goods.
Delivery period
Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within 1 to 2 days after our confirmation of the concluded contract. We indicate any deviating delivery times on the respective product page.

by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by mail or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. For this purpose, you may use an enclosed sample revocation form, which, however, is not mandatory.
If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of such revocation. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to
